Khorasan Steel Complex Company (KSC.CO) has maintained its berth among Iran’s top 100 companies in the annual rankings of the Industrial Management Institute (IMI).
Based on 2018-2019 statements, Khorasan Steel Company finished 61st in the base metals section in the 22nd ranking conference of the top 100 Iranian companies (IMI-100), according to the Public Relations Office of KSC.CO.
The conference which was held at IRIB International Conference Center on January 19, 2020 was attended by high-ranking state officials, representatives of parliament’s economy and industries and mines committees, senior managers of economic enterprises and organizations, university professors and pundits involved in management and economy sectors as well as a host of key players and experts in the industry, production, services and trade sectors.
The annual rankings of IMI 100 take into account the sales and financial performance of companies and trade institutes based on the following: approved financial statements, added value, assets, job creation, profitability and market value. This year’s conference released the rankings of economic enterprises, presented a report on the status of different businesses in the country and praised the leading companies and those with top rankings.
Each year the Industrial Management Institute (IMI) announces the rankings of Iran’s top companies. The naming of 500 heavyweights of the Iranian economy by the IMI is meant to identify the position of economic enterprises and industrial groups (various businesses), promote competitiveness among these enterprises and help officials work out economic policies.
